The Twenty-Third La Salette Golf Outing
		Wednesday, June 29, 2011 Twin Lakes Country Club Twin Lakes, Wisconsin
All Players must reserve tickets by June 13, 2011. Please take the time now to register and also pay by mail so when the golf outing day comes you won't have to come early and wait at the table to pay for your reservation.
*Reserved but not paid?*		Pre-registered and paid?
Arrive between 9:30 A.M. and 9:45 A.M. At. 9:45 A.M. pay at the golf registration table for your reserved ticket . Fill out the check-in form at the table to receive your Golf Outing ticket.		At 10:30 A.M. arrive to verify your pre-filled check-in form and pick up your Golf Outing ticket. Go to the outdoor snack area where a Brat lunch is served and enjoy the beginning of your outing.



The Golf Outing Guidelines		Carry-on alcoholic beverages are not allowed due to various regulations. For the outing participants a cart is on the course during the outing with refreshments such as soda and beer . Other drinks can be purchased at the Twin Lakes Country Club lounge which is generally open from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. every day.

Golf cart key is given to you when you show your La Salette Golf Outing ticket. Golf cart is to be used responsibly by two players.

The Event

Again this year, for hole in one you can win a prize of $5000.00 .

At 11:00 A.M. play will begin: Four person scramble.

Maximum 10 shots (putts included) per hole. Rangers may advance players one or two holes if they are holding up play. At the end of play turn in your score card at the scoring table. Only those golfers recording their scores and reporting to the scoring table will be eligible for awards. Please indicate male or female on score card.

Dinner at 5:00 P.M. will follow an hour of refreshments from 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at La Salette Shrine Hall (Pilgrim Inn)
	Prizes / awards will be given after dinner and presented in the following categories: Low Gross, Teams, Longest Putt, and other specialty hole competition. We are mindful of the distance that some have traveled to attend. Program will be short.
